AN Annexe for granny

A great permission in a neighbourhood notoriously difficult to achieve planning, our client was elated to be able to bring their parent home to live in their own, self-contained annexe. The annexe had to follow the angle of the garden and a large retaining wall close to its rear wall and be sufficiently low so as not to impact neighbours. Seamlessly joining the house via an existing bay window, the extension makes a huge difference to the family without impacting anyone or anything else.
