VERNACULAR VARIETY IN KINGS SOMBORNE

In association with Shorewood Homes and in collaboration with Radley House Architects (planning), we took on the redesign of the scheme following various design improvements to secure a S73 amendment to the original planning permission.  The 18 houses include 7 affordable homes and are all individually designed to reflect the varied vernacular of Kings Somborne. The entrance road also serves as an access to the new allotments, north of the site, before turning into a private 'close' of detached homes, all overlooking the central green space. 
The project commenced in 2024 and is due to complete in early 2027.
