new houses for KINGS Worthy

In association with Shorewood Homes and in collaboration with Radley House Architects (planning), we took on the redesign of the scheme following various design improvements to secure a S73 amendment to the original planning permission.  The 7 houses, designed as an exclusive 'close', are individually designed to tie in with the prevailing context with an emphasis on strong gables and catslide roofs.
The project completed in 2025 and all houses have been bought.
